（1）学生应自觉遵守学校和学院住宿的规章制度，遵守社会公德，养成良好习惯。

（2）住宿学生应按指定寝室和床位住宿，未经宿舍管理部门批准，请勿自行调换、占用床位。个人床位不得出租、出借 ，发现违规，管理部门将予以纠正。

（3）为避免影响他人的休息和学习，请保持宿舍安静，请勿在楼道内进行打球、跳舞、播放高分贝音响、大声喧哗或高声唱歌等喧闹行为。请勿在宿舍内酗酒、打麻将、赌博或观看、传播黄、赌、毒的书刊、影带、影碟。违者视情节轻重给予处罚和处分。

（4）学生请假外宿，须持本栋宿舍宿管部长签发的请假条向宿舍值班人员报告，并办理登记手续方可外出住宿。

（5）不可留宿客人，来访亲友需在院内留宿者可到学院招待所住宿。

（6）节约用水用电，安全用电，不乱拉乱接电线、插座，做到人离熄灯关门。

（7）请不要在宿舍内饲养各种动物和种植有害植物，违者将予以没收处理。

（8）请不要在学生宿舍内从事经商活动。

（9）请不要在学生宿舍内从事宗教传教活动。

（10）请爱护消防器材，非火警使用者，按《中华人民共和国消防法》处理。

（11）请不要在宿舍生火，违者按有关规定处理。造成事故者要追究责任，并赔偿损失。

（12）遵守宿舍公德，保持楼道畅通、整洁。请勿随地吐痰、乱丢杂物、乱倒污水、污损墙面、高空抛物、或在走廊、楼道堆放电器、杂物和垃圾。违者将按有关规定处理。

（13）学生要尊重和服从宿管部管理人员的管理，需要时管理人员可以查房。

（14）学生宿舍晚间实行统一关门。时间：星期日至星期四为晚上11：30，星期五、六晚上延至12：00，超过关门时间进入宿舍必须出示有效证件登记，强行进入或累计五次晚归者，给予纪律处分。辱骂、妨碍管理人员执行公务或殴打管理人员加重处分。

（15）会客制度：学生会客一律在一楼会客厅进行。所有学生及来访者要遵守《华文学院学生宿舍会客制度》。 

Regulations on Students’ Dormitory Managing

1. All the students must abide by the regulations of the college, follow social morality and pay attention to personal hygiene and public health.

2. Each student must lodge in his assigned dormitory or bed. Without the administrator’s agreement, one cannot change his dormitory or bed. Each student is not allowed to demolish any public property. For those who disobey the regulation, they will be punished and compensate for all loses.

3. Keep dormitories quiet. Administrators have the power to punish any student coming under any of the following categories according to the seriousness of his case.

(1) Students who play music over 50 db.

(2) Drunkards

(3) Fighters

(4) Quarrelers

(5) Gamblers

(6) Student who disturb public order.

4. If you wish to lodge temporarily elsewhere than you own dormitory, you must seek you teacher’s opinion, report to the administrator and fill in registration forms.

5. Any student cannot put up a guest for the night. If somebody lets an opposite sex stay overnight, he will get a severe penalty.

6. Use electricity safely. Don’t refit any equipment. If any student breaks rules and regulations to use electricity, he will answer for all the losses incurred.

7. No raising any animal in the dormitories. If an animal is found, it must be confiscated.

8. Prohibit engaging in trade in the dormitories.

9. Prohibit engaging in religionary activities in the dormitories.

10. Keep dormitories clean and tidy. Every student must pay attention to sanitation and hygiene. If anybody pollutes and damages sanitation, he will be fined and pay maintenance costs.

11. Administrative staff should be esteemed and they have the power to enter any dormitory and examine it.

12. The gates will be shut at a regular time in the evening. At 11:30 in the evening, the gates will be closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. At 12:30 in the evening, on Friday and Saturday. If you want to enter the dormitories behind the fixed time, you must present valid certificates and fill in registration forms. Any student is behind the fixed time over five times, he will get a severe punishment.

13. Before leaving school and regaining your deposit, you must go through all procedures, especially restore all the property of the college.
